Ross Cattoi
Founder, Director
With a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential sectors, Ross is an accomplished joiner who has a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. In his spare time, Ross is Head of the Bushfire Volunteers in Braidwood, a first responder on the Kings Highway and a livestock farmer.
Jason Caulfield
Foreman
As a qualified and highly skilled carpenter, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He is a calm, considered project manager and is well-versed in all aspects of the construction process. At home, he loves Clarkson's Farm and playing footy with his kids.
Zac Powderly
Project Manager
Zac is a dedicated Project Manager, cultivating his construction expertise from the ground up, beginning as a carpentry apprentice at RC Projects. Zac has transitioned seamlessly from hands-on work to meticulous logistics management. Zac enjoys time at home with his young family and roaming the isles at Bunnings on the weekends.
