Bidwell House

This renovation and extension of an old house in Yarralumla was designed by architects, AURUM Designs. It was the first full project undertaken by RC Projects. One half of a two bedroom duplex with a pokey living area was transformed into a large, open, three bedroom, classy residence. A spacious master suite and besopke kitchen was complemented with oak timber flooring and carpet from Egypt! The extension was clad in 100mm foam and rendered, significantly enhancing the thermal properties of the house, so the happy client hardly needs to use their commercial grade air conditioning system. Finished with a curved deck out the back, built in BBQ, tiled travertine front steps and gorgeous gardens – our team is incredibly proud of our first project.
