Deakin Duplex

These architecturally designed homes were created by Canberra architect Andrew Collins from Collins Pennington and built by RC Projects.

Completed in 2025, they are the epitome of luxury, including high end design features such as floor to ceiling windows, double void living areas, internal lush courtyard, marble island benchtops, Japanese and Italian tiles and designer fittings.

The central feature of both houses is the helical staircases, which were contructed by S&A stairs and finished by RC Projects.

The homes also feature concrete pools and spas with automatic cleaning. One of the homes has a huge basement for 5-6 cars, 3m high ceiling space, room for a workbench, gym or other hobbies.
